[edit 31/1/11]: Red River Farm Network says:

More Flooding in Devils Lake Basin — The latest National Weather Service spring flood outlook for Devils Lake shows about a 70 percent chance the lake will rise three feet from its current level. Mayor Dick Johnson says being another month closer to the spring melt makes it more likely the outlook will be accurate. The lake is almost certain to pass the record of 1,452.05 feet set last June. It’s now at 1,451.7.
